高速动车组技术专题
The development of high-speed EMU technology has evolved from a stage of mutual absorption and reference of advanced global technologies to one of independent research and development. Currently, Chinese railway professionals are continuously developing new technologies and innovating new products, elevating train speeds from 200 kilometers per hour to 350 kilometers per hour, with plans to introduce a new era of 400 kilometers per hour in the future. A single EMU trainset is composed of over 500,000 parts, spanning multiple technical fields including mechanics, metallurgy, power electronics, information control, and precision instruments. The entire chain of development, manufacturing, and maintenance services is being coordinated. This special topic will explore the new materials and processes used in EMU manufacturing, as well as the key new technologies ensuring the safety, high speed, and stable operation of EMU trains."
高速动车组技术的发展,经历了世界先进技术相互吸收借鉴到自主研发的阶段。现在中国铁路人正不断研发新技术,研制新产品,将列车时速从200公里提高到350公里,未来将开启时速400公里的新时代。一列动车组由50多万个零件组成,涵盖机械、冶金、电力电子、信息控制、精密仪器等多技术领域,研发、制造、运维服务全链条协同发展。本专题将讲述动车组制造过程中采用的新材料、新工艺,以及保证动车组安全、高速、稳定运行的关键新技术。
